Custom equipment, deckover & vehicle trailers

A useful trailer starts with the machine, vehicle or material it has to carry. Deck dimensions alone do not settle axle capacity, ramp geometry, hitch selection or tie-down placement.

DESIGNED AROUND THE APPLICATION

Fit the load and the loading method

Bring the equipment model, operating weight, attachments and loading approach. We review tire or track width, ground clearance and how often the load goes on and off the trailer. A deckover supplies a broad working surface without fender intrusions. A car hauler may need a lower approach angle and vehicle-specific securement.

Choose the right tow configuration

Bumper pull and gooseneck setups serve different loads and tow vehicles. The truck rating, hitch, tongue or pin weight, intended deck length and turning conditions all matter. Fleet buyers can request repeatable specifications while still matching the first design to the work performed every day.
