Resolve the technical scope

Define equipment mounting, loading access, electrical or utility boundaries, documentation and acceptance criteria. Any required engineering or certification belongs in the proposal.

Plan production and delivery

Prototype approval, repeat quantities, freight and inspection requirements shape the schedule. Standard custom-trailer guidance is about 3–4 weeks; a fleet order requires its own written schedule.
