Start with a dimensioned floor plan and a loaded weight estimate for the completed home, including tanks, appliances and belongings. A 12 × 8 ft, 7K base foundation starts at $5,275; call for its current price and your exact scope.

02 / THE BUILD

Plan the working details.

An 8 ft foundation is a practical starting point for a conventional width; 10 ft and 11 ft 8 in projects bring route, permit and site-access questions. The base price examples below cover specific configurations, not every length, width or rating.

03 / THE QUOTE

Confirm the final scope.

Trailer Made’s foundation can be quoted alone or with an installed subfloor and cold-formed steel frame. Send wall locations, lofts and the intended code or certification path so the structural package can be coordinated.

Current custom-trailer lead time is about 3–4 weeks and changes with shop workload and configuration. Final dimensions, rated capacity, unloaded weight, payload, price and delivery date are confirmed in your written quote.
